United Kingdom, Dec. 17 -- Rob Reiner's home was full of "love" just weeks before he was killed along with his wife Michele, according to a movie industry pal.

Cinematographer Barry Markowitz - who has been close friends with the couple for many years - has revealed he was invited to stay at their home in Los Angeles last month while has in town for the premiere of his new film The Perfect Gamble on November 14 and he's opened up about spending time with Rob and Michele as well as their son Nick, 32, who is currently behind bars after being charged with two counts of murder in relation to the death of his parents last weekend (12-14.12.25).
