United Kingdom, May 15 -- Rapper Kodak Black has been arrested for the second time in just two weeks.

The 28-year-old musician, real name Bill Kapri, was arrested on suspicion of resisting an officer/obstruct without violence and attempting to flee law enforcement on Thursday.

He was booked in at Broward Couty Jail, Florida, with both charges listed as pending trial in documents from the Broward County Sheriff's Office, according to People, who viewed the paperwork.

His bond was set at $0.

Following the arrest, Kapri's attorney Bradford Cohen claimed in a statement to TMZ that the rapper was being "targeted".
