United Kingdom, May 1 -- Britney Spears has been charged with a DUI following her arrest in March.

The 44-year-old pop star was arrested on March 4 after she was reported to the California Highway Patrol's Ventura Communications Center for "driving erratically at a high rate of speed", and she's now been charged with a DUI.

Spears - who is one of the world's best-selling pop stars - will be arraigned on Monday (04.05.26) at the Ventura County Superior Court.
