United Kingdom, June 8 -- Paul Rudd thinks New York is the "greatest city in the world".

The 57-year-old actor has admitted that he loves the "energy and attitude" of the Big Apple, and he's obsessed with the city's history, too.

Asked what he loves most about living in New York City, Paul told Variety: "Well, it's the greatest city in the world. I mean, God, if you know you know, right?

"I'm a sucker for New York City history. Anytime there's a documentary about New York or any book about New York history, I read it. When the Ken Burns documentary came out, I consumed it voraciously. I just finished reading a book about the Brooklyn Bridge.
