United Kingdom, Aug. 24 -- Mira Sorvino has never attended a high school reunion because she is still "afraid" of her former classmates.

The 58-year-old actress - who will reprise her role as Romy White in the upcoming Romy and Michele's High School Reunion - had a "miserable" time as a teenager, though she did have a valuable group of friends, so she has had no desire to revisit her school days and reconnect with the people she shared so much time with.

She told People magazine: "Here's the crazy part. I had such a miserable experience in high school, except with my best friends.

"I never went [to a high school reunion]. I've never been, which is really sad.

"It's like I'm still afraid of the A group or the mean girls or whatever you...
