United Kingdom, Sept. 10 -- Megan Thee Stallion was "losing" herself in her relationship with Klay Thompson.

The 31-year-old singer split from the NBA star in April after almost a year of dating and she admitted she spent most of their romance "trying to make pieces fit that didn't belong" while doing her best to fit herself "into someone else's life."

She added to America's InStyle magazine: "I was losing myself a little bit. I am now in the space of finding me again.
