United Kingdom, April 8 -- Mark Hamill says seeing himself on a Star Wars cereal box was his "peak achievement".

The 74-year-old actor, who rose to fame playing Luke Skywalker in the original space saga, has admitted he was overjoyed when he saw masks of the beloved characters on a box of cereal.

Speaking to USA Today, he quipped: "To me, this was a peak achievement. Forget about the Oscars. I'm on a box of Kellogg's Corn Pops!"

Mark was a huge fan of the films, and even embraced the commercial side, even if his co-stars weren't quite on board.

He added: "I bought every comic, maybe 16 copies, [and] gave them out to friends. I was thrilled about that.
