United Kingdom, Aug. 14 -- Lindsay Price was quick to offer her help to son Hudson when he landed a starring role in Camp Rock 3.

Hudson Stone is the son of Lindsay and her husband, celebrity chef Curtis Stone, and is playing Desi in the new Disney Channel movie, alongside the Jonas Brothers.

And while Hudson has inevitably had to battle "nepo baby" assumptions, he said he feels lucky that Beverly Hills, 90210 star Lindsay is his mother - because he can turn to her if he needs acting advice.

He told Entertainment Weekly: "I've always aspired to [be like] her because she's my mom - same with my dad. But she's always said, 'If you love something [or] if you want to do something, I'm never going to stop you and do whatever you want to do....
