United Kingdom, July 15 -- Lil Wayne's unusual job requirements for his personal assistants have been revealed as part of a bitter legal battle.

Wayne, real name Dwayne Carter, is being sued by former assistant Andrew Williams, who claims the rapper assaulted him on a private jet back in 2022.

Williams' job description is being used by lawyers in the legal fight, giving fans of the musician a rare insight into his demands for his employees.

While some of the requirements are more like ones you would expect to find in a general job description for a celebrity PA - such as being required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and staying "discreet" about any personal matters.
