United Kingdom, July 31 -- Kristin Chenoweth has marked the date she was adopted in a touching post remembering her "gotcha day".

The 58-year-old actress took to her Instagram page on Thursday (30.07.26) to share a post acknowledging the life-changing occasion she was adopted by Jerry and Junie Chenoweth.

Posting a series of snaps of herself with her parents, Kristin wrote: "Yesterday was my GOTCHA DAY (it's not just for pets!!).

"The day my parents brought me home 58 years ago and I became a Chenoweth."

She added: "I'm so blessed and grateful for this beautiful life they gave me. I love you, mom and dad!!"
