United Kingdom, May 2 -- Kim Zolciak has lost custody of her children.

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star divorced Kroy Biermann in May 2023 after 11 years of marriage and after the former NFL player filed an emergency request for permanent physical and legal custody of their four kids, K.J., 14, Kash, 13, and 12-year-old twins Kane and Kaia last month, a judge in Georgia has now made a temporary ruling.

According to documents obtained by E! News, Kim has temporarily lost primary physical custody and while she and Kroy will continue to share joint legal custody, the 40-year-old former sportsman will have the final say when it comes to topics including education, religion, and non-emergency medical decisions.
