United Kingdom, June 9 -- Kerry Katona's speech "still isn't quite right" following a suspected stroke earlier this year.

The 45-year-old singer was rushed to hospital in April after experiencing stroke-like symptoms, but doctors later identified a neurological issue linked to stress affecting signals to her face.

However, Kerry is to seek further medical advice soon, because she is "not feeling 100 per cent", and has been "exhausted" of late.

Writing in her new! magazine column, she said: "I've just booked myself a full body MOT with my friends at Pall Mall Medical, as I'm not feeling 100 per cent right now.

"My speech still isn't quite right and I'm exhausted."
