United Kingdom, Sept. 20 -- Kelsey Parker has given birth to a baby girl.

The 36-year-old beauty - who has daughter Aurelia, six, and son Bodhi, four, with late husband Tom Parker - and partner Will Lindsay have welcomed daughter River into the world, over a year after the couple's son Phoenix was stillborn.

Kelsey shared a photo on Instagram on Sunday (20.09.26), which featured the tot's arm underneath a sign bearing her name, and captioned the post: "Welcome to the world, River. Our little bit of hope."

Just two days ago, Kelsey had reflected on her conflicting emotions as the end of her pregnancy drew near.

She wrote: "Waiting feels different when you've already lost something.

"It's not just excitement.

"It's hope and fear exist...
