United Kingdom, April 8 -- Katie Price's husband Lee Andrews has claimed he is launching a "crazy and ambitious" bid to buy a majority stake in Chelsea Football Club.

Self-made multimillionaire businessman Lee, 41, says developments are ongoing which could see him obtain a 55 per cent share of the Premier League team for an as-yet undisclosed sum.

Chelsea is currently owned by the consortium BlueCo, led by American businessman Todd Boehly, who bought the club from previous owner Roman Abramovich for £4.25 billion in 2022.
