United Kingdom, Oct. 14 -- Kaley Cuoco has welcomed her second child with fiance Tom Pelphrey - and declared their family "officially complete" after a pregnancy she described as a difficult but rewarding journey.

The 40-year-old actress, best known for playing Penny in The Big Bang Theory, announced the birth of Philomena Carmine Bobby Pelphrey on Instagram on Wednesday (14.10.26.)

Kaley and Tom, 44, welcomed their daughter on 12 October, making their three-year-old daughter Matilda a big sister. The couple, who became engaged in August 2024, shared photographs from the hospital as they celebrated the arrival of their second child.
