United Kingdom, March 6 -- Justin Timberlake has won a temporary restraining order to stop footage of his 2024 arrest being released.

The 45-year-old pop star was driving in Sag Harbor, New York in June 2024 when his car was pulled over by police and he later pleaded guilty to a traffic violation and driving while ability impaired - now Timberlake's lawyers are trying to prevent video taken on police body cameras during his arrest from being made public.

Legal papers have been filed in Sag Harbor in a bid to stop the footage being released following Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and Variety now reports the singer's legal team has been granted a temporary restraining order.
