United Kingdom, June 2 -- JoJo Siwa is battling concussion and has been forced to go on bed rest after falling off a golf cart in a nasty accident last week.

The 23-year-old dancer and reality TV star suffered the accident while preparing for a cruise event later this month, and took to her Instagram page to offer fans a health update.

In the video, she said that she was turning left when the wheel of the golf cart locked, causing the vehicle to malfunction and flip over.

She hit her head, which led to the concussion, but told her followers that she's "really lucky" that she wasn't more seriously injured in the fluke accident.
