United Kingdom, April 16 -- Jodie Marsh has been charged with assault following an alleged bust-up with a neighbour over her animals.

The former glamour model, 47, is facing one charge of common assault relating to the alleged use of "threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour with intent to cause fear or provoke unlawful violence", according to The Sun newspaper. Speaking about the incident that led to the charge, Jodie told the publication it stemmed from a confrontation with a neighbour who she claims has been filming the animals at her Fripps Farm sanctuary and doctoring the clips to make them look unhealthy.
