United Kingdom, June 25 -- Jenny Mollen has revealed she underwent intimate surgery just days after separating from Jason Biggs.

Admitting the timing of her vaginoplasty left her worried the procedure would be misunderstood following the end of their 18-year marriage, the 47-year-old actress, author and comedian discussed the experience during an appearance on Kelly Ripa's Let's Talk Off Camera podcast.

Jenny explained Jason, 48, had only just moved out when she felt compelled to tell him she was about to undergo the procedure.

The candid comments come weeks after the former couple announced they had ended their marriage but remained on good terms as they continue to co-parent their two sons, Sid, 12, and Lazlo, eight.
