United Kingdom, June 17 -- Jennifer Lopez had "very little help" raising her and Marc Anthony's twins.

The 56-year-old singer and actress feels "really happy" with her life, and is particularly pleased that her and Marc's 18-year-old twins Max and Emme got into college.

And the On The Floor hitmaker feels proud of the huge part she played in bringing them up.

Speaking on the SmartLess podcast, she said: "Now, I can really look at my life, appreciate it for what it is and what I've created for myself and be really happy.

"Both my kids got into all their colleges. They both got scholarships and they're going where they want to go.
