Although former Friends actress Jennifer, 57 and hypnotist and life coach Jim, 50, have been dating for over a year, insiders have revealed the pair are happy to take their relationship at a slower pace.

A source told Us Weekly: "They are allowing the relationship to develop at its own pace and are much stronger, more positive and more confident that their lifestyles and priorities are compatible [than they were a year ago]. They have had conversations about their long-term future. They are enjoying the moment. Neither feels the need to force a timeline."
