The My Name is Earl actress was staying at the Signia by Hilton San Jose last Thursday (27.08.26) ahead of her appearance at GalaxyCon at the nearby convention centre, but is said to have been asked to leave following complaints from fellow guests.

Multiple witnesses told TMZ that Jaime - who has 18-year-old son Dezi with Eric Cubiche and eight-year-old twins Leo and Lenon with Hamzi Hijazi - appeared to be under the influence as she sat in the lobby talking loudly on her phone and drinking alcohol.
