United Kingdom, June 29 -- Jaime King's estranged husband has filed paperwork asking a judge to end the former couple's marriage by default.

Austin Sosa filed paperwork to end the marriage on January 22 after the couple tied the knot in secret, but TMZ.com now reports he's asked for the court to bring the union to an end even though an agreement has yet to be worked out between them.

The website reports Sosa filed documents asking for the marriage to be ended by default explaining they don't have a settlement agreement in place but there are no assets or debts to complicate the process and he's given up his right to collect spousal support from the actress.
