How Carly Rae Jepsen found 'the sweet spot' between fame and a private life
United Kingdom, Sept. 8 -- Carly Rae Jepsen has found "the sweet spot" between success and getting to "live a life".
The 40-year-old pop star, who became a household name when she released Call Me Maybe in 2011, is glad to be reached a point where she has "an audience" for her music while still retaining a private life.
She told The Hollywood Reporter: "Where I've landed now in my career is the sweet spot.
"I can live a life, go to the grocery store, have a family, tour music that I love and have an audience.
"That's a very hard-earned, balanced thing that we've had to work at."
