United Kingdom, April 6 -- Halle Bailey has always found Beyonce to be a "very genuine human being".

The 44-year-old singer kickstarted Halle and Chloe Bailey's music careers almost 15 years ago, when she heard their cover of Pretty Hurts, Beyonce's 2014 single, and Halle feels she's benefited enormously from her support.

Speaking to The Independent, Halle explained: "It makes you feel confident in your ideas because she's acknowledging you.

"She just let us be. She's a very genuine human being - a nice, soft voice who will give us advice when we need it."
