United Kingdom, Nov. 2 -- Drew Barrymore has a list of "seven healthy habits" to follow on the days she doesn't feel "confident and "attractive".

The 50-year-old actress has admitted she struggles with her self-image, but her therapist, Dr. Barry Michels, helped her come up with a series of self-care measures she can take to feel good again.

She told People: "Everyone said it would be trial and error, and I just went through a lot of error.

"I did not recognise the person I saw in the mirror. I was like, 'Is that the crypt keeper? No, that's me.'"

Drew admitted: "I just didn't feel good about myself."
