United Kingdom, Sept. 11 -- Dolly Parton's sister Stella has claimed no one in Nashville has offered their condolences after her sibling's death.

The 77-year-old singer, who has been a vocal critic of United States President Donald Trump, has speculated that her outspoken political views might be the reason why people haven't reached out after Dolly died aged 80 on August 25.

Speaking to CBS Mornings, she told host Gayle King: "I haven't heard from anybody in Nashville since my sister passed away. I haven't had one condolence from anyone - anybody that I know, entertainers that I know. Nobody. Not one...

"I'm assuming it might be because of my political, you know, activism on social media. I don't know."
