United Kingdom, Sept. 1 -- Chase Stokes has debunked rumours that he has had plastic surgery.

The Outer Banks star finds it "so funny" how "legitimate doctors" incorrectly claimed that he had gone under the knife to improve his looks.

On the latest episode of the I've Never Said This Before podcast, host Tommy DiDario asked Chase, 33, for "the most ridiculous assumption or rumour" he has seen about himself on social media.

Per People, the actor replied: "The amount of plastic surgery I've had.

"I see these doctors who are like, 'He's got an upper [blepharoplasty],' and, 'He's got his lips done.' Like legitimate doctors."
