United Kingdom, Aug. 27 -- Celia Imrie has "a lot more energy" now she's got "two lovely new hips".

The Bridget Jones's Diary star, 73, has revealed she's undergone surgery to replace both her hips and the operations have given her a huge boost, but she still doesn't like going to the gym so she enjoys regular walks instead.

She told The Times newspaper: "I loathe gyms, so my only exercise is walking. If I meet a pal I prefer to walk and talk rather than sit on my backside in a coffee shop. I've got two lovely new hips, which have given me a lot more energy, but I don't like telling people about them because they assume I'm 98."
