United Kingdom, Sept. 9 -- Busy Philipps' latest tests have confirmed there is "no sign" of a brain tumour any more.

The Dawson's Creek actress revealed in August she had been diagnosed with a grade 2 oligodendroglioma, a rare slow-growing tumour, and subsequently underwent two operations to have it removed. This week, she underwent an MRI scan which revealed good news - but also detected something else about her health.

Busy told fans in an Instagram video shared on Tuesday (08.09.26): "I got my six-month scan MRI and . no sign of tumour.
