United Kingdom, Dec. 29 -- Anthony Joshua has been injured in a car crash in Nigeria.

The heavyweight boxer was a passenger in a vehicle that collided with a stationary truck near Lagos.

Joshua, 36, and another man - the vehicle's driver - were rescued by the sports star's security team. However, two people were killed in the crash, according to Nigeria's Federal Road Safety Corps, which confirmed that the casualties were "male foreign nationals".

The incident - which involved a black Lexus and a stationary red commercial truck - took place on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway at around 12pm on Monday (29.12.25).

The Federal Road Safety Corps has announced that, based on preliminary findings, the Lexus was "suspected to be travelling beyond...
