United Kingdom, July 14 -- Former child star Blake Garrett died after suffering a drug overdose.

The How to Eat Fried Worms actor - who played Plug in the 2006 children's comedy movie - passed away in February at the age of 33 and it's now been revealed his cause of death has been listed as acute fentanyl toxicity and the tragedy has been ruled an accident, according to documents from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Tulsa, Oklahoma which were obtained by Us Weekly.

The publication reports the paperwork also shows Blake was being housed in a sober living house in Tulsa at the time of his passing.
