United Kingdom, Aug. 22 -- Anna Faris has revealed her teenage son has asked her to accept Jesus Christ as she described the "long conversations" they have over religion, abortion and hypocrisy within the church.

The actress, 49, discussed the beliefs of her 14-year-old son, Jack, whom she shares with former husband Chris Pratt, 47, during an appearance on Chelsea Handler's Dear Chelsea podcast, with The Scary Movie star saying her boy has developed a strong interest in Christianity despite her not being raised religious - and admitting she regularly challenges him about some of his views.

Anna told Chelsea: "(I) didn't grow up with religion."
