United Kingdom, Oct. 19 -- Aaron Phypers has accused Denise Richards of making "false accusations" leading to his arrest.

The 53-year-old businessman was taken into custody by Los Angeles County Sheriff Deputies at a courthouse in the city last week after testifying in a hearing relating to his estranged wife's temporary restraining order against him.

And a representative for Aaron has insisted he is innocent and "will be acquitted".

His spokesperson told Us Weekly: "We can confirm that Aaron Phypers was, in fact, arrested near the end of the family law court day on October 17, 2025, and was later released on bail.

"We have not seen the criminal complaint, but we believe that it is most likely based upon the some of the same false acc...
