Kenya, Aug. 23 -- Intimate health and confidence are two things that money, large homes, and accomplishments alone cannot ensure as you age. I wish someone had told me this. For many men over forty, life appears to be a gradual ascent. You put forth a lot of effort, support your family, develop a profession, and amass the luxuries that most people aspire to: large homes, fancy automobiles, and stable finances. However, there comes a time when you recognise that riches alone cannot fix all problems.

When I started having manhood dysfunction, I discovered this the hard way. It began quietly. I observed sporadic challenges, which I dismissed as weariness or stress. However, the issue becomes more enduring with time. Our once-loving relationship deteriorated as a result of my avoidance of intimacy with my wife.
