CANBERRA, ACT, Nov. 26 -- Australian Federal Police issued the following media release:
A South Sudan-born man appeared before Campbelltown Local Court yesterday (25 November, 2025) charged with allegedly failing to comply with his visa-mandated conditions.
The AFP charged the man, 31, yesterday (25 November, 2025), after he was located in Sydney.
It will be alleged the man breached two of the conditions of his Commonwealth visa by failing to observe his residential curfew obligations and failing to maintain his electronic monitoring device.
The man has been charged with:
* Four counts of failing to comply with a curfew condition, contrary to section 76C(1) of the Migration Act 1958 (Cth); and* One count of failing to maint...
