A Pakistani national has appeared before Melbourne Magistrates' Court today (13 October, 2026), after allegedly using threats and coercion in an attempt to exit traffic a woman and two young children out of Australia.
The AFP's Human Trafficking Team began an investigation on 10 June, 2026, after information was received from a member of the public concerned that a woman and her two children were allegedly about to be exit trafficked from Australia via Melbourne Airport.
