RANCHI, India, Dec. 1 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 31:
1. Mr. Amit Kumar Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, at the outset, has submitted that the authorities have passed the order on the pending representation and as such, he intends not to press the instant writ petition. However, he has sought for liberty to challenge the decision so taken by the authority dated 21.10.2025.
2. There is no opposition on the part of the learned State Counsel.
3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 21.10.2025 by approaching the appropriate forum.
