This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed at the instance of the petitioner for restoration of Cr.M.P. No. 675 of 2025 to its original file.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Cr.M.P. No. 675 of 2025 was dismissed for default. It is next submitted that due to inadvertence and mistake on the part of the conducting counsel, he could not appear before this Court when the case was called out.
