The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) is committed to strengthening gender representation and promoting a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace, where all employees feel safe, respected and supported to develop their careers. Transparency in gender pay data is an important part of this effort.

APRA's 2024 average total remuneration gender pay gap was 5.6%, as reported by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA). This represents a 0.3 percentage point increase from the previous year and reflects the inclusion of CEO remuneration for the first time in the 2024 WGEA data submission.
