* The 2026 Premier's Reading Challenge has inspired more than 220,000 Queensland children and students to read more than 1.93 million books.
* This year marks 21 years of the Premier's Reading Challenge which has seen more than 2.7 million children and students reading close to 36 million books.
* TheCrisafulli Government is getting back to the basics in education with a renewed focus on literacy, numeracy and NAPLAN and helping kids catch up, keep up and stay in school after a decade of decline under Labor.
