Rishikesh, April 23 -- Vice President CP Radhakrishnan on Thursday attended the sixth convocation of AIIMS Rishikesh as the Chief Guest and highlighted India's role as a global partner during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The ceremony was also graced by the presence of Uttarakhand Governor Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh and Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.
Addressing the gathering, the Vice President said India's health infrastructure was tested during the pandemic, but the country emerged as a global partner by supplying COVID vaccines.
