Dehradun, April 19 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Sunday extended greetings to devotees as the Char Dham Yatra 2026 commenced, urging pilgrims to follow guidelines and contribute to environmental conservation during the sacred journey.
