Dehradun, March 6 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday spoke over the phone with Anuj Pant, a resident of Jhoolape village in the Barakot block of Champawat district, who secured 69th rank in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examination, and extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes for his bright future.
