New York, Sept. 29 -- External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has asserted that the United States has adopted India's long-standing diplomatic approach of strategic autonomy by managing a diverse network of international partnerships simultaneously.

Speaking at an event organised by the Asia Society in New York on Monday alongside Daniel Russel, a former US Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, the External Affairs Minister noted a distinct shift in Washington's foreign policy posture.
