New Delhi, Oct. 4 -- External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Sunday highlighted the shifting dynamics of global geopolitics, identifying a shifting American posture and the rise of China as the two defining pillars of today's international landscape.

Speaking at the the Munich Leaders Meeting here, Jaishankar referred to "radical repositioning of the United States" due to which it has in a way "deliberately become a lonelier power" and said the sharp competition in the global landscape is not limited to US and China is but has has led to "weaponization of any leverage that any country has".
