New York, April 8 -- The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York has accepted a plea filed by the counsels for Guatam and Sagar Adani for a pre-motion conference to dismiss the case.

In an order the court said that it had received the defendants' letter requesting a pre-motion conference on their anticipated motion to dismiss the complaint. The court said that it granted that request and directed the parties to confer and to contact the court's deputy to schedule the pre-motion conference.

Earlier on Tuesday, the counsels for Gautam and Sagar Adani informed that they intend to seek to dismiss the US SEC's complaint by April 30 and, as part of this process, have submitted a letter with the East District New York (EDNY) j...
