Lucknow, Aug. 24 -- The Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly Secretariat has officially revoked the suspension of Samajwadi Party (SP) MLA Sachin Yadav from Jasrana, following the adjournment sine die (prorogation) of the House's third session of 2026.

The decision was formally communicated in an official order issued by Principal Secretary Pradeep Kumar Dubey on August 24.

Principal Secretary informed MLA Sachin Yadav that his suspension ended automatically due to the conclusion of the Assembly's Monsoon Session.

The revocation was executed under the proviso to Rule 299 (3)(b) of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, 2023.
