Washington, Sept. 5 -- On US President Donald Trump's latest remarks claiming that the United States has "lost India and Russia to deepest, darkest China", Michael Kugelman, Senior Fellow at the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, said Trump's comments are more a reflection of his frustrations with New Delhi's refusal to make all concessions in trade talks and not letting Trump take credit for the India-Pakistan ceasefire.
