New Delhi, Sept. 4 -- Extending income tax holidays and waiving import duties on expensive semiconductor equipment will accelerate India's semiconductor manufacturing capabilities, said Eswara Rao Nandam, CEO of Polymatech Electronics, a company engaged in providing chip manufacturing solutions.
